How To Get Your Tickets

1. Buy one voucher from us for each ticket you intend to purchase. You will receive an email from us confirming your order and providing further instructions. This email is NOT a ticket.

2. Open your booking confirmation and follow the instructions to buy your ticket(s) on a third-party website using the unique link or code provided. You should complete this step as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

3. Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) and received them via email, take them with you and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

• One voucher is required for each ticket.

• Ages 14+. 14s to 16s must be accompanied by an adult and must carry photo ID. No refunds will be given for incorrectly booked tickets. All under 25s may require government-issued photo ID to gain entry.
