An immersive deep-listening experience exploring breath as our oldest and most constant connection to the living world.

Over 45 minutes inside Polygon Portal’s 360° spatial audio room, sound built from breath and the breathing world moves around, above and through you: wind through trees, the pull of the tide, the quiet exchange between forests and air. Gradually, your own breathing begins to settle into its rhythm.

The journey traces breath across the ages, from the sacred breath of ancient traditions, understood as spirit and life-force, to the living exchange we now understand through science: the world breathing with us, plants and forests releasing oxygen into the air we breathe. As you inhale, the world exhales.

Breathwork, spatial sound and gentle vibration gradually draw the room into a shared rhythm. In the final moments, individual breath becomes collective: the room breathes as one, and the shared exhale becomes part of the music itself.
