Enter the space between sound and stillness, away from the noise of the everyday and into a deeply immersive state of presence and connection.

Guided live by Tensuhi, ELEMENTAL RESONANCE is a signature meditation experience which begins with breathwork to centre, followed by an ancient vocal toning practise. The vibration of your own voice awakens the body, shifts stagnant energy and reconnects you with your vital life force.

From there, you’ll be guided into a high-vibrational sound harmonisation and visualisation, amplifed by Polygon’s 360° spatial audio environment as sound moves around, above and through the space.

The experience is designed to guide you swiftly into a liminal state – the threshold between active thought and deep meditation where mental noise begins to soften, the nervous system can reset and a greater sense of focus and clarity can emerge.

This isn’t simply a meditation you listen to it’s an experience where you become part of the sound…..
